1. Private Investigations – Upon a custodial parent acquiring to the Collection Program, Bounty Alert will provide will provide the necessary investigative services to locate the noncustodial parent’s location and assets.
2. Legal Documents to Collect, Seize and Liquidate Assets – Bounty Alert provides custodial parents with legal documents, and services to file motions against noncustodial parents for arrears*, all fees, rewards, and lost wages. The legal documents include a motion to seize and liquidate a noncustodial parent’s assets.
3. Collections and Payment of Arrears – Once a court order or judgment been obtained, Bounty Alert will notify its collection agency to recover and liquidate any assets against the court order or judgment, including any bank accounts, homes, vehicles, businesses, equipment, furniture etc.. Bounty Alert will also contract a team of fugitive recovery agents to assist in the apprehend of a noncustodial parent with a child support warrant.
4. Apprehending Noncustodial Parents with Arrest Warrants – To seize the liquidate noncustodial parents’ assets, sometimes it is necessary to enforce child support arrest warrants. The Collection Program also provides the assistance of more than 30 fugitive recovery agencies to assist in the apprehension and extradition of noncustodial parents with child support warrants.
5. Free Investigation, Legal and Collection Services – A major factor in many children’s inability to receive the child support they are owed and noncustodial parents inability to receive legal services is the parents inability to cover the costs of the fees required. Project Child Support provides all of its services at no cost.
