Kecia Clarke, Esq.

Kecia Clarke serves as the Lead Attorney for Project Child Support. She is a family law attorney with more than 19-years of providing legal services for divorce, custody, child support, child support enforcement, and domestic violence cases. Ms. Clarke is a graduate of the Seton Hall University School of Law and manages the day-to-day operations for the Custodial Support Law Office, which includes providing legal services for Custodial Parents and Noncustodial Parents. 
 
Ms. Clarke is a solo practitioner who represent a diverse group of individual and corporate clients in litigation matters including education law, insurance law, workers compensation, personal injury, real estate closings, family law, municipal court practice, criminal matters, complex contract issues, corporation formation, employment law and other civil matters. More than half of firms caseload involves employment discrimination and public accommodation discrimination and she has achieved favorable settlements of difficult to win cases tried before administrative boards and arbitrators. She has consistently achieve favorable results for clients in state and federal courts, while successfully negotiating and/or litigating for educational institutions in connection with FMLA, ADA, and the LAD.  Ms. Clarke also implemented and provided counsel pertaining to governance of educational institutions.
