Mark Perez
Mark Perez is an advocate for fathers whose cases will be profiled in the Project Child Support television series. Perez attended John’s University and Iona College, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and minored in Psychology. He received his master’s degree in Criminal Psychology from Argosy University in Orange, California. He also received his Police Officer State Certifications Level I, II and III from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
Mr. Perez also worked in the human services field in many areas form drug counselor to client behavioral specialist. This is where he honed his craft working with people who have drug and alcohol addiction, bipolar disorder, autism and many other dysfunctional challenges.
Mr. Perez work for three different departments as a law enforcement officer. He is also a professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he teaches justice studies.
